specification of Bids & RFQ’s received by vendors as per the
policies & guidelines of World Bank & Asian Development Bank.
Responsible for issuance of purchase orders and work orders to the successful bidders/vendors.
Responsible to prepare cost & technical specification analysis
reports of Bids and RFQ’s received from bidders/vendors.
Actively making calls to Bidder’s/ Contractor’s/vendors for Bid
Opening & Evaluation meetings.
Delivering and signing Contract Agreement between successful bidders/vendors and department.
Planning and preparing the presentation files of Director
Procurement with highly ministries of Government of Punjab,
Pakistan.
Evaluation of (EOI’s) - Management & Technical Expertise
Attending meetings with Director Procurement and preparing
minutes of meetings to submit the Project Director office.
Submission of Fortnightly, Monthly, Quarterly and yearly
progress reports to Sectary Irrigation Government of the
Punjab Office.
Preparation of Contract Documents
Preparation of TOR’s for hiring of Consultants.
Preparation of Code of Conduct for employees deployed
on site construction work as per World Bank Guidelines.
Checking of bills submitted by contractor as per the
guidelines of contract document
