To receive and complete incoming transactions from trucking lines, clients, planners and operations in an accurate manner.
Responsible for the receiving of EIR (Equipment Interchange Receipt) of containers from lines/clients
In-charge of generating vessel manifestation report
Task with the Gating-In/Gating-Out of trucks/containers through Zodiac and Oracle System, Issuance of EIR
Perform actual damage inspection (if there’s any) of Incoming and Outgoing Containers from yard
Task with the proper handling/verification of all customs permits (Bill of Entry) and documents from incoming/outgoing Full Load Containers
In-Charge of issuance of service charges to clients (free storage or validity date lapses)
Customer Care, dealing with clients concerns and needs
In-charge in overseeing the inventory of clients containers from yard location through system
Generating daily, weekly and monthly report and provide to clients and immediate superiors
Responsible for overlooking the Safety of the people inside the warehouse
Responsible for monitoring/overlooking management of warehouse, warehouse utilization and shipments monitoring via actual checking and RTCIS System Monitoring
Responsible for the preparation of Inbound and Outbound shipments
Leads in preparation of ordered shipments in case pick orders and full pallet orders
Leads completion of shipments such as for local and export shipments
Task with the progress and completion of Inbound/receiving of imported shipments and receiving of In-House production lines
Manages dock door assignments for incoming trucks for Inbound/Outbound shipments
Strictly comply in the Truck Turn Around Time to avoid miss shipments and late deliveries
Manages team staffing
Lead team in initial investigation, Root Cause Analysis and Action Plans
Lead teams in meetings (DMS) Daily Management System
Act as a SPOC (Single Point Of Contact) regarding issues, concern that may occur during shipments period
Submits a daily and per shift highlights and lowlights to immediate superior
Graduate of 5 year engineering course
