-Audit of construction documents; Optimization of costs for materials and furniture - cut by 19%; Audit of concept and strategy.
4. Process Management (F&B):
-Optimization and management of personnel, resources; Build a team, setting tasks and distribution of responsibilities.

Full responsible for Catering services for various client groups (Volunteers and Staff (2350 ppl.), Stewards (1800 ppl.), Youth Program (86 ppl.), Players (112 ppl.), Media (800 ppl.), VIP/VVIP (850 ppl.) ) in different formats (canteen, caffe, bar, fast food, VIP/VVIP reception, coffee break) at the stadiums, in hotels, in airports, in railway stations. Daily reporting.

Achievements.
The successful holding of the FIFA World Cup Russia 2018, and the events in the run-up to it: the meeting of the Supervisory Board of the Organizing Committee Russia 2018 chaired by Vladimir Putin, the Team Seminar, the FIFA Confederations Cup Russia 2017. During the preparation and staging of the World Cup, serious operational cases were solved and urgent but weighted decisions were made in crisis situations.
