Planning and preparation:
-Gathering needs from 7 client groups (LOC and FIFA staff/Volunteers, VIP, Stewards, Players, Referees);

The successful holding of the FIFA Beach Soccer World Cup Russia 2021 without any issues.
Responsibilities:
1. Collection and analysis of information about existing projects (F&B: 2 cafes, 2 restaurants, food court (14 concessions), banquet service), including:
-Cost per product/service - cut by 26% and markup - increased by 19%; Staffing and cost of personnel - reduced by 30%; Cost of suppliers - cut by 33%; Cost of equipment - cut by 17%.
2. Audit of logistic chains, chains of interaction of structures inside the company, with outside companies.
3. Gathering and analysis of information on future facilities (F&B: 3 cafe, 2 restaurants):
-Audit of construction documents; Optimization of costs for materials and furniture - cut by 19%; Audit of concept and strategy.
4. Process Management (F&B):
-Optimization and management of personnel, resources; Build a team, setting tasks and distribution of responsibilities.
Total number of: immediate subordinates - 4 ppl.; of functional (parallel) subordinates - 28 ppl.

Successful management of temporary projects, optimization of all costs/ business plans.

During the covid-19 pandemic, I decided that I needed to help my society - to patients and doctors. I realized my social responsibility and started working as a volunteer at the city hospital.
Some examples of daily tasks include: transport patients to/from patient units/operating room; measurement of body temperature and blood pressure; dropper check; deliver samples to/from lab, assist with supplying and stocking unit; inventory; deliver parcels from visitors to patients; socialize with patients; change linens; restock closets; sanitary cleaning and disinfection; type, file, photocopy and other clerical duties as needed; assist with general maintenance and equipment repair, light carpentry and other assistance as needed; receive, ship, stock and deliver supplies, fill stock requisitions and other duties as needed.
Preparation:
-Development of plans, layouts, schedules for 13 lounges;
-Monitoring and evaluation fulfillment of Operation Plan (work with deadlines/Issue Log, dealing with counterpartys/
construction contractors/FAB operators/Circuit Facility Managers etc);
-Design the menu and organization of tasting sessions, formalisation of customer services standards, preparing marketing materials.
During Operation period liaising with DO&CO LCC regarding: Use of circuit facilities (permanent 4, 300 sqm); Timelines; Bump in and bump out procedures (inc. logistics) of 2, 700 m3 goods/furniture etc; Services for guests (F&B, shuttles (25 busses), host etc.); Kitchen operations; Delivering high levels of guest services.

Achievements.
Successful holding of the Russian stage of Formula 1 Grand Prix 2018-2019. During the operational period complex issues in interaction with partners and counterparties were resolved.
Planning and preparation period:
Development of Project Plans (Operations Plans) for the Food Operators (contractors): HACCP plus tracking deadlines monthly/ weekly according to Plans; Liaising with Commercial Affiliates; Determining the list of suppliers and concluding agreements - food and non-food products; Logistic plan; Staff recruitment and Training; Food safety; Risks plan. Total control over the construction infrastructure (temporary - 5, 000 sqm and permanent - 3, 100 sqm), commissioning procedures.
Operation period:
Full responsible for Catering services for various client groups (Volunteers and Staff (2350 ppl.), Stewards (1800 ppl.), Youth Program (86 ppl.), Players (112 ppl.), Media (800 ppl.), VIP/VVIP (850 ppl.) ) in different formats (canteen, caffe, bar, fast food, VIP/VVIP reception, coffee break) at the stadiums, in hotels, in airports, in railway stations. Daily reporting.
Total number: of immediate subordinates - 12 ppl.; of functional (parallel) subordinates - 38 ppl.; staff contractors -300 ppl.
Achievements.
The successful holding of the FIFA World Cup Russia 2018, and the events in the run-up to it: the meeting of the Supervisory Board of the Organizing Committee Russia 2018 chaired by Vladimir Putin, the Team Seminar, the FIFA Confederations Cup Russia 2017. During the preparation and staging of the World Cup, serious operational cases were solved and urgent but weighted decisions were made in crisis situations.
