Pre- Tender Contracts

 Studying the Tender document which includes drawing, BOQ and specification provided by the client/consultant.
 Collect as built information from the site inspection and as built drawings.
 Identify Subcontractors for the Post tender stage and floating Enquiries to Suppliers / Subcontractors.
 Preparation of list of commercial and technical queries and request RFI to Client / Consultant.
 Attending tender pre-bid / mid tender meetings and following up for clarification.
 Evaluating technical and commercial offer from the vendor’s and preparing comparison statement based on subcontractors quotations, previous experience and financial capabilities and negotiations with them on both technical and commercial aspects of product.
 Quantity take-off from the issued tender drawings.
 Preparing Costing to finalize the Bill of Quantities.
 Preparation of Value engineering calculation (Cost option) based on Clients budget constraints.
 Ensure the overall Proposal is in line with the requirements set by the client/consultant.
 Making Pre-Qualification documents, both standards as well project specific questionnaires
 Submission of Tender along with required documents and guarantees.
 Attending negotiation meeting.
 Maintaining ISO documentation and Record Keeping.
 Arrange material Samples, Catalogues and Technical Specifications etc. as required.

Post- Tender Contracts

 Forwarding contractual correspondences to the projects and purchase department.
 Attending kick of meeting and advises all departments activities associated with the projects.
 Prepare extra claims for additional scope of work & intimate to Marketing Department
