•Focused on assessing and minimising risks, implementing upgrades in a timely manner and obtained the best value from the external service providers.
Notable Achievements
•Successfully led and completed numerous projects related to new build-up and renovation/ refurbishment for the company across different locations. Few of the critical projects are:
•Greenfield design and build distribution warehouse including all MHE design at Perth.
•Refurbishment of a newly purchased warehouse including complete fit-out to include gas office/warehouse heating, air conditioning, new communication rooms, CCTV and vehicle doors installation and space planning of offices worth £600k at Aberdeen.
