Contracted to project manage the bank’s ALM Treasury & Investments project, a multi million dollar investment to implement a complete Kondor + Front to Back Office Suite from Thomson Reuters for both conventional and Islamic banking products. This included FX & MM Trading Modules, Market Limits System, Kondor Global Risk, Kondor Interest Risk & Liquidity System - Asset & Liability Management, Funds Transfer Pricing module and Kondor Back Office System.
Head of Business Continuity Services. Designed, built and managed private DR Centre. I was employed as the bank’s Senior Projects Manager to look after all Business Continuity Management related activities and to Project Manage all new and ongoing IT hardware and software projects in line with the bank’s five year business plan. This included complete design & fit of new overseas offices (office layout, furniture, IT and Networking requirements).
RMI is a UK based company that specialises in Business Continuity Management Services. RMI Bahrain was formed in 2005 and in direct response to the Central Bank of Bahrain’s recommendations for banks to implement effective Business Continuity Management strategies. Services provided included, Business Risk Reviews, Business Impact Analysis, Design & Build of complete Disaster Recovery Centers and the design, creation, testing and on going maintenance of Business Continuity Plans.
