•Assist clients to plan, identify and document their requirements, as well as conducting business and technical case studies, designs, development plans, integration and implementation of information systems’ business solutions
•Provide consultancy and advice on information systems strategy, policies in addition to management, security and service delivery.
•Assist and help clients to identify and security requirements, assess physical and technical security risks to valuable data, software and hardware assets
•Develop policies, procedures and contingency plans to mitigate the possibility and effects of security breaches.
•Maintain quality levels during the development and implementation policies and procedures to maximize the efficiency, effectiveness and overall quality of the deployed solution
•conduct vendor and third-party reviews to assess quality levels, best practices
•Manage projects’ progress and scope achievements.
•Prepare for agreements with business and technology partners.
•Design storage solutions for CCTV systems, network systems using best practices and most suitable technology for client needs.
•Follow up with sales and marketing teams for target achievements.
•Manage internal company operations and day-to-day business activities.

Job responsibilities:
•Responsible for manage and maintaining operation of company’s information system(s).
•Develop and implement policies for computer systems and enhancements’ and better service development.
•Follow up and meet with clients to collect needs, specifications and requirements for requested solutions and/or services.
•Manage project team(s) and responsible for solutions’ and systems’ design, develop, implementation, managing and support for networks, communication systems and information security systems.
•Follow up with subcontractors for validating work performed to approve acceptance of invoices, payments and budget related to projects
•Communicate, coordinate and manage subcontractors, engineers, programmers and technicians.
•Conduct required training for project team for skill development purposes.
•Provide support for clients’ systems according to the agreed SLAs (service level agreements).
•Perform project management tasks, activities and handover of projects to clients.
