-To register all the claim Personal Accident and Motor Claims
-To ensure all claims are handled efficiently and thoroughly
-To investigate responsibility issues thoroughly.
-To settle the claims as economically and fairly as possible.
-To liaise with External Investigators as necessary.
-To issue Letter of Authority, recommend and request payment within own authority.
To request payment to shop and ensure accuracy
-To register claim and assist the officer as needed.
To ensure proper booking on airline under Qatar Airways(DNATA)
-Attend to client's needs and queries during and before flight
-Assist our Client clients to ensure the departure of aircraft are on time.

-To ensure all production materials are organized
-To meet with the staff and ensure the effectiveness of the need at the event.

-To obtain the Policyholder’s views on responsibility and to record the accident circumstances
accurately.
-To investigate responsibility issues thoroughly and settle the claim as economically and fairly as
possible..
