• Providing Development Advisory services for a 2.5 sq. km., 5B USD, master planned city in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia. I oversaw all development issues for the project to and including: oversight of the concept design, feasibility study, and the selection process for Master Plan Architects and Engineers, Architects, Engineers, and Infrastructure Construction Groups.

Client - Signature Realty Advisors, Dubai, UAE - A financial services group with a real estate fund subsidiary operating in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. I was brought in to:
• Source, and then purchased the real estate for the two real
above estate funds portfolio’s with each fund being $100 MM
each
• Managed the international valuation group for the properties in
the portfolios, negotiating the values of the properties up by
15%. I also provided the documentation and information
supporting the negotiations for the equity and debt for the
portfolios
• In addition, I performed the due diligence process for the
potential purchase of a $1 Billion, 9 Tower, 11 MM Sq. Ft.,
mixed use development project (The Dubai Pearl) in 60 days
