o Managed the specification and procurement process of all UK properties including set up of servicing contracts for on-going maintenance

o Managed the command unit covering three police stations over 100 square miles
o Provide operational management and leadership to a staff of 187 including staff appraisals, overtime, absence management
o Tasked to ensure continued performance in line with ‘Force Performance Measures’ including increased detection rate and reduced staff sickness
o Budgetary control for the operation with an annual budget of £2m
o Oversee investigation of serious incidents
o Liaise with key stakeholders to resolve policing problems and agree initiatives for the area
o Identify shortcomings in the patrol strategy and ensure corrective measures are implemented
