• Provide commercial guidance and contracts support, including direct interaction with clients.
• Commercial problem solving - identifying and evaluating solutions to provide competitive pricing, or cost savings to the business.
• Provide detailed analyses and summaries of opportunities in terms of revenue, margins and profitability of various options, and also identify any related risks in financial or operational terms.
• Assist in developing company pipelines and forecast revenues that are reported to the company’s Senior Executives.
• Responsible for the evaluation of risk and reward for new business, utilising commercial innovation, effective pricing strategies and risk mitigation activities.
• Responsible for creating all of the company’s pricings for new opportunities.
• Manage and mentor a Junior Pricing Analyst.
• Assess and draft commercial proposals to ensure client's needs and company's strategic and financial objectives are addressed while ensuring compliance with company and legal regulatory requirements.
• Analyse Requests for Proposals, and propose competitive pricing solutions that address the requirements.
• Assist in supporting proposal preparation and production from kick-off meetings, through to final submission, including writing proposal text where required, proofreading and editing proposal text from other authors.
• Responsible for the administration of insurance for security employees.
• Compile monthly reports of project movements and inventory and maintain staff lists and organisational charts for all projects.
