Responsibilities:
• Development and implementation of plans for successful transition of training course analysis, design and development from initial state to envisioned state, including risk identification and development of risk mitigation plans and reports.
• Operate as primary customer relationship lead to communicate, share good practices, implement and develop initiatives for the benefit and development of ETTA and the wider RSL business in conjunction with the MoD.
• Managing a team of 60 training specialists working on the MOD's ETTA programme
• Stakeholder and customer liaison in my area of responsibility (Authority and Sub-Contractor)
• Design and Development of new training course Training Needs Analysis (TNA) using proprietary methodology
• Business Development - responding to Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQs) and Invitation to Tenders (ITT)
• Management of customer expectations and relationship management
• Responsible for extensive budget using Earned Value Management (EVM) process as the cost account manager (CAM)
• Deputise for the Head of Training Development when necessary
• Conduit for high level customer communications.
• Management of a College teams whose responsibilities are the analysis of existing training and the design using the Raytheon system approach to work area analysis.
• Responsible for 100% on time delivery of contract customer deliverables.
