Review and approval of various contractors’ architectural/civil submittals. Responds to site queries, resolves site issues, and attends meetings and do multi-discipline coordination and liaising with client representatives.
Conducts site inspections and facilitates handing-over procedures. Reports to the Resident Engineer and Site Manager. Review material submittals, check shop drawings for approval and respond to various RFIs while coordinating and liaising with other disciplines. Monitor progress of work on site and maintaining quality control of workmanship. Resolving site problems & other architectural or technical queries. Attend progress, design & technical meetings. Prepare Field Reports & Non Conformance Reports.
