• Stream lining all procedures related to the Planning in the Engineering Department.
• Review current status of both Engineering and Procurement for the Project
• Prepare a revised detailed Level 3 control schedule (Primavera) incorporating the physical status and all change orders
• Assist the cost engineer in the revised control budget.
• Revise the drawing and document register used at level 5 to ensure all were identified and entered for the basis of scope.
• Review and advice on actions required for recovery on procurement schedules from the Contractors, to meet delivery at site for the on site required dates.
• Prepare scenarios to show the impact of Design Change Notices to the completion of the Project.
• Representing the Company in meetings with Clients/ Consultants
• Review & respond to Claim of Time Extension & associated cost
