Role involved observing safety and comfort in aircrafts by checking condition of safety equipment and cabin cleanliness and taking risk preventive measures against harmful foreign bodies/ items that an intent individual would leave in an aircraft i.e. sharps, weapons or explosives considered to impose danger to passengers and crew. Observing safety and comfort for passengers and fellow team members. Following policies and procedures relating to safety and service in accordance with industry’s expectations. Showing understanding of departmental goals/ targets and cost saving measures where appropriate. Role involved observing that service offered to guests is as per set procedures and standards, collecting guests’ feedback and helped in complains handling and guest relations.
