Role involved observing safety and comfort in aircrafts by checking condition of safety equipment and cabin cleanliness and taking risk preventive measures against harmful foreign bodies/ items that an intent individual would leave in an aircraft i.e. sharps, weapons or explosives considered to impose danger to passengers and crew. Observing safety and comfort for passengers and fellow team members. Following policies and procedures relating to safety and service in accordance with industry’s expectations. Showing understanding of departmental goals/ targets and cost saving measures where appropriate. Promoting the desired world culture around core values of trust, integrity, efficiency, respect, teamwork. Compling with company’s code of conduct and model behavior and performs tasks as directed by management in pursuit of business goals.
Role involved observing that service offered to guests is as per set procedures and standards, collecting guests’ feedback and helped in complains handling and guest relations. Observing orderliness in day’s routine regarding preparation and closing duties for a smooth running of operation. Promoting the desired world culture of respect and support among team members. Complying with company’s code of conduct and model desired behavior. Understing departmental goals/ targets and cost saving measures where appropriate.
Participated in daily routine teamwork for opening, running and closing duties of the restaurant aimed towards daily smooth running of business. Took active role in sales through skillful service and upselling to maximise return for the bussiness while carrying the desired model desired behavior portraying positive image and profesionalism and helping create a ‘place to be’ for guests and colleagues.
Was involved in guiding and instructing members on exercise activities as per constructed instructional programs. Observing and advising participants of the corrective measures and standard procedures for safe and effective exercise. Was responsible for assessing clients’ well-being, for example whether they have any health factors limiting their ability to get fitter e.g. asthma and identifying their specific training needs while demonstrating each activity practically. Monitored and communicated clients progress and provided information in regards to nutrition, weight control and other lifestyle issues. Had to closely work with clients while directing them on correct use of training equipment to avoid personal injury and maximize results from workouts.
