Duties & Responsibilities
o Branch Policy Making
o Participate in Branch committee discussions during meetings
o Preparation of program budgets and accounting of expenditure to the Head Office
o Preparation of payment vouchers and Local Purchase Orders

As a DBA, I am responsible for a number of systems:
Helpdesk Team: Ensuring that the Siebel (Helpdesk module is available for helping in issue resolution). Other Modules exist such as marketing and sales
Insurance Agency - Ensure both the application and database are available, secure and working.
Bank Support Team - Ensure that the Finacle reports systems is available and the system users can access the system for reporting purposes.
Project Team - Support informatica application and database for data migration.This will include repository creation, backup of the database and actual data migration (mapping and transformation).
Custodial Team - Support the application and database availability and database backup.
Finance/Marketing/Sales Teams - Oracle BI system.

Duties & Responsibilities
o Preparation of yearly budgets and Request for Assistance (RFA's) and the subsequent justifications
o Preparation and submission of reports to the Business growth and development manager
o Preparation of payroll and submiting the same to the head office for salary payments of branch staff
o Posting of the daily branch expenses to the relavant suspense accounts before eventual posting to the profit and loss ledgers.
o Preparation of the monthly reports of the branch's operations
o Making orders of the branches utility requirements via a system generated request
o Sourcing and Procurement of items for emergent needs
o facilitating adherence to the set out policies and procedures in the daily running of business
o assisting the cash officer in monitoring the cashiers
