Supply chain management of The Linde Group companies in the Middle East, Project management, HSEQ management, customer engineering services management, Supply chain cost budgeting, capex and opex planning and KPI's management, and People excelleance and continuous improvement tasks in the organization.
Responsible for operation & maintenance of Cryogenic air separation plant, hydrogen gas plant, Acetylene gas plant, Nitrous oxide gas plant, Liquide carbon dioxide production plant, medical, industrial and specialty gas filling .Bulk and cylinder ditribution management, Customer Engineering services management and Projects management.
Reporting to Managing Director.
Responsible for safe and reliable operation and maintenance of industrial, medical and speciality gas manufacturing plants . Safety, Health, Environment and Quality responsbile in operation processes. Process optimization, SOP/BOP development in operation process. Product loss and yield management. Accountable for operational KPI's, Maintenance and reliablity targets. Train and development of employees from the operation team . Lead process safety audits, performance review audits, engineering audits and transport safety audits .
