MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR Q-CHEM (VELOSI, 21-08-2016)
Overhauling of 5 Furnaces with sub-contractors. Coordinating/monitoring/updating & executing of different work pack activities. Coordination with planner, scheduler. TA team, operations and job supervisor. Main activities are Radiant coil replacement, burner block replacement, convection section FPH coil replacement. Refractory work in convection section and radiant section. Calibration and documentation of 100% spring hanger’s replacement. Review of JSA/job pack/work status with concerned department. Leading multi technicians and lead workers to achieve in-house jobs and chemical cleaning activities. Daily tool box talks to all sub-contractors. Reporting the progress of the daily work to section in charge and planning department.
MECHANICAL ENGINEER- ADGAS (TA&PD).Through Spark Est. Reporting to Lead Mechanical Engineer. Responsible for Up gradation and replacement of treaters, condensers and coolers. Mechanical inspection and signing of QC check list of Treaters, Gas driers, Liquid driers, Reactors and Suction drums as per approved IFC drawing. Inspection and approval for different types of fabricated mesh (4, 5and20 mesh). Lead, supervise, coordinate and provide resource during pre-shutdown & shutdown period. Monitoring and witnessing of contractors different mechanical activities and work progress. Review and update related method statements and TRA with other associated departments. Attend periodical meetings during the shutdown to coordinate the works progress.
MECHANICAL SUPERVISOR, ADGAS. (Through QCON) Reporting to Area Engineer. Responsible for Mechanical maintenance activities in unit-19 BD Areas and boiler 1&2. Maintenance and inspections in knockout drums, H2S flare BD, Sweet flare BD, LNG BD. pulling and replacing of tube bundles. NDT inspections and refractory works in boiler 1&2.Systematically punching out all finished work. Provide daily progress updates during shutdown implementation phase. Take part of site coordination meeting. Performing visual inspection of completed jobs prior to third party inspection. Coordinate activities with QC and sub-contractors. Daily safety tool box talks to crews regards to TRA, control measures and job related hazards. Manage crews of 16 trade’s man and time sheets. Equipment’s handled columns, Heat exchangers, drums, vessels, filters, valves and piping jobs.
MECHANICAL SUPERVISOR- EQUATE :- (Kharafi national)
Working as an Equate Turnaround Facility Team member. Reporting to Facility Supervisor. Supervise mechanical maintenance tasks to ensure quality and timely completion and as per planning. Mobilize resources for day to day mechanical maintenance activities, supervise and mobilize resources for shutdown jobs as per plan. Track progress of shutdown work packs to ensure planned dates are achieved.. Supervise sub-contractors activities; prepare EPPS as per the job. Ensure all flange connection is managed by flange management. performs systematically punching out all finished, assigned work.
AREA COORDINATOR, RASGAS LNG. (Through QCON) Reporting to Execution Lead. Responsible for shutdown activities in unit 16 and 26 with 7 supervisors and crews. Obtain and review RASGAS procedures. Track all pre shutdown/shutdown works. Working with client & HSE to prepare JHA, work pack, method statement, blind list, and create procedures.Dismantling of several vessels and erection of new ones. Supervise maintenance and inspection activities in plant equipment’s. Inspection and refractory work at Turbine stacks. Ensure to follow LMRA (Last Minute Risk Assessment) for safe execution of activities being carried in accordance with established procedures. Obtain job package from planning department and review each package, performing visual inspection of completed jobs prior to third party inspection. Coordinate with sub-contractors for scaffolding, insulation, painting, hydro jetting, and inspections. Discuss each scheduled job to Forman and Craftsman prior to execution as part of tool box talk. Obtain lifting plans, work permits. Visit job site and preparation of visit report. Coordinate area supervisors to get quality performance, startup activities. Sign job completion certificate and other documents.
SR.PVV SUPERVISOR-CEGELEC YEMEN LNG. Reporting to Shutdown Coordinator of the facility. Responsible for Preparation of scope of work, method statement and PTW with relevant documentation. review pre shutdown/shutdown activities.Heat exchangers removing both end covers for inspection, dirt cleaning and replacing new plugs of feed gas pre-heater, sweet gas cooler, De-propanizer reboiler, Deethanizor reboiler, feed gas chiller etc. inspection and refractory work in Gas furnace, cleaning and inspection of columns/vessels as CO2 absorber, Amine regenerator, amine flash drum, amine sump drum, molecular sieve drier, gas separator. removal and servicing of valves and strainers. Supervise sub-contractors, assist and support the client, co-ordinate with supervisors for solving issues like PTW, manpower, materials, and transporting. Close monitor/review performance measures of all the activities till the end of project. Detailed job handover to the reliever, Issuing and sign off work permits. Attend daily progress meeting with client regarding of progress and other issues.
MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR-ORYX GTL. Worked as a client supporting staff. reporting to SR. Mechanical supervisor of the plant. Responsible for sub contractor’s, pre shutdown/shutdown activities. Main responsibilities are 2 LT FT Reactors modification jobs, inspections, replacing of old filters, diesel sparger, feed sparger. Repairing work at false bottom. cleaning and fixing of trays. Hydro testing of steam coils. Ensure work permits are ready before starting the job. Preparation of method statement, rigging study and JHA. Follow up sub-contractor activities. Assist and coordinate operation personnel’s for the start up. Close monitoring of all the activities up to permit sign off. Detailed job handover to the reliever and job progress to planning department.
STATIC MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR: AFPC. Reporting to maintenance section head. Preparation of work scopes including drawings for fabrication, material take off and planning. Supervision of all static maintenance activities. Prepare and maintain records of all maintenance work carried out by using company IMMpower system (Maintenance Management system software) provide advice on optimization of equipment performance. Prepare input data for 14 day plan, 90 day plan and shutdown plan in accordance with priorities and contractor resources availability. Follow up on fabrication of replacement piping spools by progressing, material collection, welding, dimension check, NDT and QA/QC. Maintain close coordination with contractor management on a daily basis to ensure resource’s such as material, equipment and manpower, job progress etc. carry out contract estimation, supervision and coordination work for all static maintenance related to oil field. Visiting job location as per the request of operation, start converting work request to work order, apply work permit system. Collect details of corroded lines, leaked flanges or chocked lines. flow line/pipe line repairs, clamps, section replacements, Cleaning of storage tanks, vessels, columns, flushing and pigging of chocked lines, shutdown activities. Issuing Work permits according to the nature of the job, conduct tool box talk with the crew members for the safe operation of risk. Proper and detailed job Handover & submission of reports to the reliever & section head on the completion of every hitch.

Mechanical completion in accordance with procedure, involved in joint inspection with client in order to satisfy the project standard. supervise various discipline technicians in completing the scope. Punch list all completed job prior to Hydro testing, Reporting to Mechanical Superintendent. Erection of flare tips, spools, valves, pipes and hydro testing of lines, turnaround and Shutdown activities, pre-commissioning jobs. Acid plant maintenance, tank maintenance, to prepare/ obtain the permit to work and strictly follow and implement the client safety rules. Conduct tool box talk with the crew members for the safe operation of risk. Equipment’s handled, columns, exchangers, heaters, vessels, valves. projects involved-Adgas OAG 1&2plant, Fertil urea de bottle necking project. HYDRO-TEST FOREMAN:-ARABIAN industries Oman. Jan 2007 - Aug 2007 Oman methanol 3000 MTPD project. Hydraulic and pneumatic pressure testing on all plant piping system. Punch list all completed jobs. Educating and maintaining of different trade personnel’s. Coordinate with QA/QC for witnessing pressure test. Detailed report to the site manager of completed test pack.
FORMAN/CHARGE HAND:-COSTAIN Abu Dhabi co. March 1998 - Oct 2005 Maintenance activities in LNG Gas plant, Refineries, chemical plants. Equipment’s handled, Columns, Vessels, heaters, exchangers, valves, fixing of trays and distributors in columns & vessels. Dismantling and erection of all types of valves. Erection of piping, hydro testing of lines. Spading/de spading.
Experience as Die maker, work shop in charge in Al-Ammari est. Saudi Arabia from Sep 1989 to oct-1995 at their galvanizing plant and work shop. Handles in automatic pipe threading, cutting and bending machines, making sheet metal dies
