Supervises and Implements the Company’s Health, Safety and Environmental Program.
Be responsible for the implementation of all aspects of incident prevention, loss control program, fire prevention, motor fleet incident prevention, control of equipment and property damages as well as first aid policies and procedures.
Recommend corrective actions through pro-active job supervision initiate the cessation of work if a safe areas where there is eminent danger and stipulate necessary measure to take, to the permit resumption of work.

d. Potential hazards on new contracts before work starts
e. Safety organization and fire prevention plans of the project
f. Work permits if necessary
g. Suitable security program
