My Job entails the followings:-
A) Implementing Company Policies & Housing "SOP" System Operating Procedures.
B) Providing Daily, Weekly, Monthly & Annual Report.
C) Maintain Appropriate database records for the company as well as Occupants.
D) Ensure any on going maintenance on Facilities is being completed or delivered on time, as per (SLA)
E) Ensure all the Occupants are served and confirm their satisfactory with the provided services, by evaluating them frequently through (CSI) Customer Satisfaction Index..which i do twice a year.
F) Conduct inspections periodically to ensure the safety and all Housing units are well maintained.
G) Act to resolve any escalated concerns by Camp -Bosses and reports to the higher management.
I hold responsibility for Employees Relations regarding all staff proceeding on vacation, by Maintaining their records as well as booking their tickets and preparing their Exit permits.
I also ensure that all travel cost are at the minimum cost (controlling the cost) with a huge number of travellers minimum 250 staff monthly.
I also ensure all the executives are also travelling as per company policy on Economical fare in the market by streamlining and working closely with Airlines, i have a Corporate deal with many Airlines and so saving a huge amount to the company.
After completion of my Int'l Graduate Diploma ,i was awarded In't Diploma in Economics,. I have also been awarded certificate of Apprenticeship for my contribution in work related to Hospitality and Environmental from Ras Gas (Qatar) I have been Awarded a Certificate of Appreciation for my Contribution to Our lady of Rosary Catholic Church (Qatar) for my Participation and contribution in many activities.
