Under general supervision coordinate activities required to operate Morale, Welfare, and Recreation (MWR) facilities. Planes and assigns work of SCW attendants in MWR facilities. Monitor and organize the use of MWR facility computers, phones, and other office equipment. Arrange maintenance and provide basic technical support for MWR facility computer hardware and software.
Responsibilities include:
- Effective maintaining facility by ensuring that adequate supplies are maintained for operations at all times;
- Complete and maintain inventory of items assigned to MWR within my area of responsibility (facilities)
- Work under the direction guidance of the Supervisor and in absence of Supervisor I execute responsibilities of the Supervisor position
- Complete and submit reports to Supervisor
I use MS programs to include MS Office, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Access (d-base) & MS Office Power Point
- Perform all tasks and additional duties as requested by the Supervisor or/and Manager
- Adhere to company guidelines and policy and ensured implementation of such policies/procedures within the facilities ( SOP, DTG and Job Plans )
- Assist with Health Promotion program delivery.
- Ensure every aspect of the Service / Work Order process is in compliance with the normal protocol, follow up , accuracy of Service / Work Orders being turn in, etc.
Responsibilities include:
Reads and interprets documents such as Safety Rules, Operating and, Maintenance instruction, procedure manuals and Service Orders
Directly in correspondence with Management and costumers
Prepare all required documentations in order to complete Tasks
Perform basic numeral, statistic and /or financial analysis
Directly provide reports / assistance to Site Manager
Prepare wide variety Reports on daily / weekly / monthly bases
Collaborate with clients and / or management to resolve administration
issues
Provide property related technical support and written recommendations
to Management
Responsible for the implementation of departmental training
requirements and monitoring employee performance.
