• Carry out time and motion studies to create standard workflow and apply assignment models to specify and re-assign the workers needed for each activity targeting productivity improvements and operations optimization starting from inputs, process, and outputs.
• Train the staff for new processes, SOPs, WI's, and contribute to create a positive HSEQ culture within the plant and conduct the internal audit to assess the adherence to Jazeera standards then follow the closing and implementation.
• Support production management to create and follow up a daily production schedule to minimize time, control workloads, optimize resources, eliminate delay, identify and increase the capacity at bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with production and maintenance team to identify problems and analyze information to develop, implement process solutions and identify opportunities for continuous improvement starting from RM's and slurries to the stage of packaging.
• Gather and analyze information to evaluate current work processes in order to determine the flow of work, time requirements, costs, and duration as well as reducing the processing time by eliminating downtime and making products standard time .
• Establish and maintain performance control system for staff in order to pay the workers to outstanding performance.
• Support production and planning team in calculating the machine efficiency, availability, standard daily productivity, process performance, verify and utilize design capacity.
• Follow maintenance troubleshooting and monitor the implantation and calculation of equipment availability, reliability, OEE, uptime & downtime, MTBF, preventive maintenance, emergency maintenance, predicted maintenance, calibration, cost of spare parts and machine depreciation and coordinate the activities between production and maintenance.
• Provide operational management information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing operating and engineering data and trends as well as using data analysis tools to increase operational efficiencies and support management in decision-making.
• Assist, participate and facilitate the understanding and use of Lean, 5S and Six Sigma, Poka-yoke, Kaizen, FMEA and other tools at all levels of the operations through training, coaching, team-oriented problem solving, troubleshooting the process, optimizing operations, minimizing cost, maximizing the output and reducing manufacturing wastes.
