Working as an accountant in organizing and Controlling the Foreign Suppliers accounts and registering all financial transaction in the Daybook)
(Working on Oracle program in introducing accounting Statements)
▪ Prepare all types of accounting entries such as (purchases, customers and suppliers).
▪ Prepare bank reconciliation with necessary adjustments.
▪ Preparing monthly sheet of sales tax.
▪ Settling imported goods & defining cost of unit.
▪ Controlling Inventories (Adding - Quoting - in/out/ pricing)
▪ Allocate Expenses on cost centers
▪ Prepare the financial statement.
▪ Review the supplier’s statements and their balances.
▪ Making reconciliation between the suppliers' statement and our Statement for the supplier.
▪ Recording the suppliers’ Discounts and Deductions.
▪ Reviewing & checking whether goods has been reached or not and goods in transit account.
▪ Following up the shortage in the additions and check whether the purchase department took the appropriate action with the supplier or not.
▪ Prepare aging for foreign suppliers’ accounts and Prepayments’ accounts.
▪ Satisfy my customers’ needs (whether reports or analysis or inquiries for balances, tasks) like external auditors, internal auditors, suppliers, management)
▪ Preparing all Financial Process about Foreign Suppliers ( Included All analyses for ending period- Account Payables-Down payment-Good in transit and Revaluation for the end of balances in the end of each month)
Monthly financial Statements reporting, with computerized Accounting Software (Oracle).
