• Review and flag deviations, contract amendments and recommend appropriate actions to mitigate all contractual and commercial risk;
• Responsible in drafting, reviewing and negotiation of terms, conditions and requirements of contracts.
• Prepare and respond to all contractual correspondence and inquiries;
• Provide assistance to the Commercial and Construction team during negotiations, disputes;
• Monitor and ensure all Subcontractors and Vendors are in-line with all Contractual Obligations and Responsibilities.
• Responsible in preparing Contract close-out documents for all Subcontractors and Vendors;
• Attend regular Meetings with Client, Vendors and Subcontractors;
• Maintain and organize physical and digital copies of new and existing contracts;
Responsibilities
• Negotiate Terms, Conditions and requirements of the Contract;

• Implementing and maintaining all required budget cost analysis, cost control and audit procedures.
• Prepare and consolidate all submitted Payment Claims, Certificates & Invoices from different MENA Region branches for accruals & bookings;
• Prepare commercial reports for presentation to the management;
• Prepare and submit all Payment Application, Claims, Variation Orders, on time and in orderly manner as stipulated in the Contract;
• Negotiate and resolve Payment Disputes to ensure timely release of payment;
• Negotiate Final Account Settlement of completed projects;
• Analyze and develop strategy to settle legacy projects;

• Oversee and monitor QS Department;

Responsibilities
• Responsible for Preparation of Documents and Invitation of Contractors for
Tendering.
• Responsible for Reviewing Tendered Documents submitted by Contractors
• Responsible for Cost Comparison of Tendered BOQ by Contractors and
• Preparation of Report for the Owners Review.
• Provides Summary of Cost, Quantity and Job budget to the Owner;
• Prepares BOQ and Tender Documents;
• Undertake quantity take-off for quantity comparison
• Responsible for budget cost analysis of the contracts before the project
started;
Responsibility
• Coordinates with Consultants on all revisions in the projects Design and specifications;
• Monitoring of all Subcontractors if they are in accordance with all the approved construction plans and specifications;
• Prepares Material Quantity Take-off and responsible for Estimating materials required on site.
• Responsible for Inspection of sub-contractors Pre-pour request, support system, Formwork and Rebar Installation checking if it is in accordance with the Plan Drawing and specifications;
• Supervises development and on site production
• Responsible for the review of all submittals (shop drawing, manufacture’s data, certification, test data) to be submitted for designer’s approval to its conformity with the plans and specifications;
• Prepares working schedule, equipment and work force required for the Projects;
• Prepares Construction report, and Monthly Progress report.
• Plans and coordinates materials and equipment to meet the schedule;
• Checks all plans, specifications, layout drawings & approved revisions required for construction;
Responsibilities
• Prepares cost estimates, materials quantity take-off and cost proposals for
Project biddings;
• Prepares documents for the implementation of projects;
• Prepares technical submittals (project schedule, cash flow, material and
technical qualifications) for project biddings;
• Prepares working schedule, equipment & workforce required for the on
going projects & make weekly & monthly progress accomplishment report;
• Plans and coordinates workers, materials and equipment to meet the
schedule;
• Responsible for any claims / variation orders on the on going projects.
• Coordinates the status of the projects on site;
• Responsible for the monitoring of progress on site;
• Responsible for the review of all submittals (shop drawing, manufacture’s
data, certification, test data) to be submitted for designer’s approval to its
conformity with the plans and specifications
Responsibilities

• Prepares stage billing, WCR/DCR (weekly construction report, daily
construction report);
• Prepares cutting list of reinforcement steel bars prior to installation;
• Prepares all request forms, RFI (Request for inspection), MRS (Material
Requisition Slip) & Pouring Request;
• Supervises skilled foreman and skilled workers to ensure the work
executed is in accordance with the approved construction plans and
specifications;
• Prepares the material requirement per floor and make the requisition of
materials based on approved construction plan.
• Plans and coordinates workers, materials and equipment to meet the
schedule;
• Prepares shop drawings and submittals for approval prior to installation;
• Responsible for any claims / variation orders on the on going projects;
• Supervises workers in their daily activities on site (i.e.: layout, fabrication
and actual installation);
• Checks all plans, specifications, layout drawings & approved revisions
required for construction;
• Prepares Turn-over papers.
