Responsibilities:
• Responsible for value delivery and quality system of the following project deliverables (e.g., 2 Main Gates buildings, 2 V.I.P. Lounges, 3 Company Gates buildings, 20 Checkpoints, 4 Tunnels (cut and cover), Multi-purpose building, Furniture Storage building, 3 Chiller Yards and 4 Substations buildings, 2 T.S.E. Irrigation Reservoirs, 2 Pump Station buildings, 4 Underground Irrigation Reservoirs, Precast Boundary Walls, Steel Fence and Gates, 1000+ Carparkings areas, Helipad, 4 Bulk Diesel Storage Tanks, Automatic security bollards, Potable & Fire Water Tanks, Asphalt Roads, Infrastructures (Surface/Storm Water network, Foul Sewer network, Chilled Water network, Fire and Potable water network, T.S.E. and Irrigation network, House Connections and Foul Sewer Lifting Stations, Dry Utility networks, Post-tension, Roads, and Piling works) from the construction to the completion and handover stage to the authority.
• Conduct, assess, and record site work inspection submitted by the Contractor through R.S.I. (request for site inspection) to verify that the Contractor's executed work complies with the project quality plan, approved drawings, and specifications.
• Review and assess design submissions (IFC and Shop Drawings) related to civil and structural scope against approved concept design, project specifications, QCS2014, and associated codes and standards to ensure compliance and signed-off if they conform.
• Review and approve the accuracy of the Contractor's As-built drawings against work done at the site and provide comments on any changes noted that differed from the approved design drawing.
• Supervise and manage the projects within the jurisdiction by developing and executing a detailed work plan to meet the project's targeted goals and objectives.
• Direct and guide technical support to the Contractors' construction team on the project within the jurisdiction related to site activities or issues.
• Issuing non-conformance reports for the Contractor delivered work non-compliance with the project specification, QCS2014, project quality plan, and Contractors' contract obligation.
• Discuss and collaborate with the Senior Structural Engineer, QA/QC Manager, and Project Manager on onsite issues. The cause of the problem and mitigations plan are discussed for the resolution required.
• Establish and maintain regular communications through meetings and presentations to ensure that the project requirements are incorporated during construction.
• Monitor construction activities and necessary sustainability indicators at the site, such as energy usage, waste generation and recycling, to ensure compliance with legislation.
• Monitor the construction progress to ensure the project is completed within the timeframes.
• Support project completion as per budget and on time by negotiating with the project teams, sub-consultants, clients and sub-contractors.
• Keeping the management informed and recommending critical issues considering cost effectiveness, technical feasibility, and acceptance.
• Prepare, record and submit project reports, drawings, specifications, supporting documents and evidence outlining how the project requirements were implemented, tracked and documented.
Project: New Orbital Highway 2 (NOH2)

Client: Ashghal (Public Work Authority): PMC (KBR-AECOM)
• Responsible for overseeing and supervising the construction of bridge underpass, interchange, cut & cover tunnels, braidings, post-tension works, and other civil and structural works.
• To manage the engineering requirements demanded in delivering a work section to meet the construction programme.
• Responsible for the implementation, monitoring, coordination, inspection and supervision of construction activities related to structural and civil works.
• Maintain and support safety awareness on site and enforce company safety policy in conformity with all health and safety standards.
• Supports contract work packages are delivered on scheduled time within budget and in conformance to the project quality standards and specifications.
• Manage subcontractors and suppliers to construct the works safely, including working with the HSES team to close out the HSES observations.
• Review or produce risk assessments and method statements for all works.
• To assist the Assistant Section Engineer with the Permit to Dig process, act as the permit receiver, or nominate a competent receiver (for direct works - not subcontractor).
• Understands construction methodology, assists in its development specific to their area of work, and provides information and data to the Assistant Section Engineer for the 3-week look ahead program.
• Takes the lead in managing and monitoring the accuracy of site reporting, such as the daily diary, regular site photographs, record sheets, site instructions etc. and providing information to the Section Engineer.
• To accurately capture evidence for site/ works disruptions and promptly provide it to the Section Engineer.
• Perform the tasks in accordance with the Health, Safety, and Environmental (HS&E) legislation and the site's HS&E plans.
• To lead in producing a draft version of method statements and providing to the Section Engineer.
• Is aware of the contents and requirements of the quality policy and systems for the project
• Assists the Assistant Section Engineer with monitoring site procedures to ensure that the works proceed following best practices and approved I.T.P.
• To keep an up-to-date set of design drawings available for the site team.
• Initiates the I.I.R. process and leads (with the Assistant Section Engineer) the onsite inspections.
• Records outcomes and advises others on potential improvements - with a focus on buildability and productivity rates - to work closely with Superintendent and supervisor to achieve this.
• Reviews design drawings to seek opportunities to improve provided information for commercial or practical benefit.
Project: Shuqaiq Steam Power Plant II (2640MW)

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for delivering various buildings in the Power Plant from the construction stage to the completion and handover stage to the authority.
• Review and interpret project documents and ensure subcontractors working on site adhere to the project requirements and work on the latest approved drawings.
• Supervise and monitor site development activities; excavation and earth moving, soil replacement, and improvement works.
• Assists subcontractors with the execution of their quality program, inspection, and testing plan.
• Coordination with QA/QC inspector, liaising with the client's Consultants to complete the given task.
• Ensure the performance of the work is in strict compliance with the plans and specifications.
• Maintain consistent contact with the subcontractor's site engineer to provide direction and set priorities for the work activities following the project plan schedule.
• Maintaining detailed records of the day's work activities, issues, approved or rejected work hours of operation, labour and equipment used, etc., and other construction-related matters.
• Coordinating with the surveyors to check the line and grade of completed and ongoing work for
conformance with the plans and specifications as per the latest approved drawings.
• Monitoring the number of subcontractors on site, their equipment, their rate of progress, and the materials they use and store.
• Keep a close eye on the subcontractor's daily activities and record them for reference.
• Identify constraints and recommend corrective measures.
• Coordinate closely with other disciplines and work as a team to avoid unnecessary rework.

Responsibilities:
• Monitoring, inspection & supervision of building, civil and structural works for B.O.P. (Balance of Plant) and Power Block Areas (e.g. Fuel Oil/Water Storage Tanks Foundations, Electrical Control Buildings, Gas Turbine Generator, Heat Recovery Steam Generator and Steam Turbine Generator) about the construction of the following: bored piles, equipment, pipe rack& storage tank foundations, dike walls, concrete road and asphalt pavements, pipe sleepers, underground services/utilities (e.g., Electrical, Mechanical and Sewer sumps, catch basins manholes, duct banks & underground piping works.)
• Review and interpret project documents and ensure subcontractors adhere to the project requirements and responsibilities.
• Supervise and monitor site development activities; excavation and earth moving, soil replacement and improvement works.
• Assisting subcontractors with the execution of their quality program, inspection and testing plan, coordination task with QA/QC inspector, and liaising with the client's Consultants to complete the job.
• Monitor and ensure all materials on site are approved & comply with project specifications.

• Review & interpret project documents and ensure subcontractors working on site adhere to the project requirements & their responsibilities.
• Responsible for the organization/distribution (in coordination with the General Foreman) of work to the allocated Foreman.
• Responsible for the requisitioning/receipts/storage/use of materials required for the works.
• Responsible for the supply of Project Drawings, sketches, bar bending schedules, and other documentation required to complete the allocated works.
• Responsible (in coordination with General Foreman/Section Engineer) for the allocation of Plant and equipment required to complete the allocated works.
• Responsible for coordinating with all other relevant staff members, Consultants, and subcontractors to complete the allocated works.

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for organizing and directing human resources activities related to the construction of the substation building, maintenance and support buildings, foundations for the vertical and horizontal vessels, pipe sleepers, pipe racks and equipment foundations, water retaining structures, and other civil- related works (e.g. excavation, backfill and compaction, and other utility works).
• Responsible for scheduling, coordinating and supervising workers' work, ensuring that all work is
delivered safely on time and within budget, and managing required equipment and materials.
• Review and interpret approved for construction (A.F.C.) drawings and ensure subcontractors' Foreman adheres to the latest approved drawing and permitted materials.
• Verify that IFC drawings and specifications comply with ARAMCO standards and apply them to site work.
• Performs general civil/structural engineering and other function as directed and required.
• Assists in the civil/ structural inspections before accepting and handing over the work to other teams.

• Review and interpret contract documents, e.g., project specification, design drawings in preparation, and integration to generate proposed tender contract amount.
• Cost planning and preparation for the Client approval of variable work already completed with verbal Owner's consent in advance (scope not specified in contracts).
• Planning, scheduling, and supervising subcontractor's works, including in-house manpower for civil and architectural works (carpentry, gypsum, and masonry).
