Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel
arrangements for supervisors and managers.
* Sourcing and screening candidates through job portals, job posting and
referencing
* Coordinate with hiring manager in accordance with the staff required.
* Conducts initial interview through actual or phone and filtering
candidates that passes the initial qualification.
* Screen candidate’s resumes and performing reference and sometimes
background checking.
* Briefs the candidates about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of
the job.
* Set and organize interviews for candidates as requested by the
manager.
* Create, organize, update and maintain personal files in HR database
and BuildSmart system.
* Preparing employment contracts and collecting required documents for
visa processing.
* Orienting new employees to the organization.
* Monitoring the visa process for new employees.
* Create presentation slides for development plans or trainings.
* Notify employees who were unable to comply with the company’s
policies.
* Maintaining and updating the database of the candidates.
* Communicating the employment status to the applied candidates.
* To assist with the duties related to the Performance Appraisal
* Providing daily reports such as attendance of all departments, number
of employees as per MOL, and list of hired applicants.
* Performs various other duties and work task as assigned by the
manager within the physical constraints of the job.
