Responsible for the collection of all own client payments, liaising with Commercial team and PM’s to ensure all necessary steps are being taken to recover funds. Coordinate with the finance team to follow up with clients on payments and ensure a steady cash flow for projects. Attend networking meetings and conferences with Business Groups, Project & Procurement team and Industry experts.
Duties: Managing the International & Local Events, Sourcing New suppliers in different countries, Handling the complete Supply Chain Operations for every conceptualized event. Managing the Platinum by DG Events LLC complete Procurement activities and reports directly to GM & Creative Director and Managing Director. Strategic resource planning, Program management and execution. Creative design planning to execute the Event Project as per the CADD design, 4D and 3D renders, Virtual designs. Making the transition from purchasing to procurement includes the careful planning and execution of supplier-focused strategies, investments and benchmarks that measure and track performance. Maintaining the trust of Internal Production Manager’s and Cocoordinating always for Event project executions at the selected venues. Created organizational function in newly created Procurement Department that includes specifications development, value analysis, supplier market research, negotiations, buying activities, contract administration, inventory control, traffic, receiving and stores. Managing the external contractors’ team based on many multinational Event projects to execute the project as per the design and scope. Controlling the companies complete Inventories and conducting Quarterly audit visits to warehouse to check the Furniture rental items physically to maintain the records. Recruiting employees based on the internal stake holders and GM advice, Guiding and training them in proper direction to handle and execute the Event Projects on time, Evaluating their yearly performance and motivating them to achieve their goals. Controlling the cost of every budgeted event projects and showing the successful cost savings to stake holders. Maintaining the strong supplier relationship management in an ethical manner and practicing the same for companies’ growth.
