• Reviewing User Interface (UI) and improving User experience (UX) for Internet Banking and Custom MS Dynamics CRM Entities.
• Foreseeing how users are likely to use company products and focus on adjusting products features to what the users want.
• Conducting many researches on best practices/trends in UX/UI industries.
• Creating CBT, Training Materials, and demos for Bank Clients (Mashreq Bank / Lebanon Gulf Bank).
• Conducting Microsoft Dynamic CRM Training for Banking Users (National Bank of Abu Dhabi /Dubai Islamic Bank).
• Creating User Manuals/User Guides for CRM and Internet Banking products.
• Supervising UI and design activities.
Creating and tracking project plans for enterprise e-Learning projects and following up with team members to ensure software compliance to professional standards and Client's expectations.
My main role is to manage and supervise software development, design, and quality assurance activities in multicultural team environment consisting of highly skilled Multimedia Developers, Graphic Designers, Software Developers, and Quality Assurance team members.
• Quality planning, testing, performance testing, stress testing, and test cases creation.
• Supervising of Production and Quality Assurance for Soft Skills e-Course development.
• Ensuring software compliance to professional standards and Client's expectations (Jordan Anti Drugs, Jordan Ministry of Education)
• Managing e-Course Authoring Tool (CourseBuilder) development.
• Supervising design activities for desktop and flash projects.
Analyzing and developing interactive templates for e-Learning projects using various e-Learning Standards such as SCORM and AICC with help of Adobe and Microsoft technologies.
Developing various desktop applications including IVR systems, SMS Broadcasting Systems, Cars rental System and others.
My main role was to conduct meetings with Clients in order to gather and analyze requirements and develop client-driven software solutions.
