Manage the implementation and maintenance of network infrastructure and systems functionality, including technical escalations issues for server, and networking.
•Setup and manage Windows servers and computer host systems including hardware, client/server applications and system software following recommended security practices.
•Ensure high availability and security through updating patching systems, access controls, backups, firewalls and monitoring of networks.
•Perform root cause analysis to resolve issues and outages quickly.

•Participate in Business Continuity / Disaster Recovery infrastructure planning, building, and testing to ensure system documentation are up-to-date for support.
•Provide budgeting input and create purchase requests for projects, maintenance and expenses.
•Follow policies and procedures including those for ITIL incident, problem, change, and release management.
•Contribute to improve infrastructure technology strategies by staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
Administrate infrastructure, including firewalls, databases, server and malware protection software.
