Headed Project and Engineering department consists of skilled engineers and technicians from diverse fields such as electrical, plumbing, fire-fighting, HVAC, refrigeration, carpentry, mechanical etc.
Project management:
# Initiate, Planning, Execution, Monitor & Control and Closing of several projects of worth more than USD 100 million on time and budget.
# Worked as owner’s representative during project construction for Subhan DC admeasuring area of 35, 000m2 consisting of frozen chambers, chillers, dry storage, office building, garage and parking facilities. The works included plan, schedule, supervision of installation and commissioning of MEP works such as NH3 refrigeration plant, central Air conditioning, HVAC, Electrical, FF/FA system, Plumbing, Civil construction works, Racking system, etc.
# Worked as owner’s representative from the very inception of planning, schedule, design, selection & procurement of machineries for multiple warehouses in Iraq (Basra, Baghdad, Erbeel). The area of work being steel structure; air and water cooled refrigeration system equipped with compressor, condenser and coolers; electrical load calculation and system design; checking of drawings, diesel generator, racking system, FF system, water supply, insulated sandwich panel, dock system, air conditioning system etc.
# Worked on project study and concept design of Al-Yasra new garage project. Prepared project profile for renovation of existing Distribution Centre for refrigeration plant and electrical system. Carried out intensive study on Ultra High Treatment (UHT) milk and juice project.
# Converted 2200 m2 dry storage area in to Fashion Warehouse
# Carried out Parking facilities of area 10, 000m2,
# Air conditioned Pharmaceutical warehouse of area 3, 500 m2.
# Design, selection, procurement of MSB, Change over switch and execution of power supply work from diesel generator to main office, server rooms
# Bid evaluation, negotiation and managed the contractors that ensured quality and cost effectiveness.
# Maintained effective working relationships with field crews, contractors, consultants, vendors, other departments.
# Preparation and conducted presentation to higher management of project performance report, risk register and other project documents.

Trouble shooting, repair and periodic maintenance of NH3 refrigeration plant, central Air conditioning, HVAC, electrical system, Water treatment plant, Diesel generator, Plumbing, Civil works, Security alarm and camera, Racking system, Docking system etc to ensure problem free 24/7 warehouse operation. save running cost
ISO 9001 and 22000 certification:
Prepared and implemented procedures, policies and maintenance logs, complaint resolution, compliance forms for the department as a part of the ISO certification
Planned, executed and closed project of a large processing factory consisting of refrigeration plant, electrical system, boiler, chiller system, water treatment plant, processing machineries, office building, worker sheds with limited resource, within schedule and budget.
a). Electrical Substation:
Selection, installation and commissioning of 11/. 415KV, 1000KVA, transformer of Siemens & Germany; HT switchgear, LT switchgear, PFI plant and electrical distribution and sub distribution panels.
b). Electrical system:
Planning, design and execution of whole power generation & distribution system from central powerhouse, distribution panel and sub distribution panels to different consumer location, industrial lighting, cabling, earthing busbar trunking etc. Complete power + control circuit wiring, trouble shooting, electrical connections of machineries. Able to review and interpret engineering documents, drawings and specifications. Able to review and comments on electrical engineering submittals for shop drawings, material and equipment.
c).Refrigeration Plant:
Installation, commissioning, operation & maintenance of PLC controlled Refrigeration Plant (NH3) both Piston of ‘Grasso’, Netherlands.
d). Water treatment plant
Installation, commissioning, operation & maintenance of Water Treatment Plant consist of ACF, MGF, reverse osmosis, ozonator system etc.
e). Generator (gas + diesel)
Selection, procurement, installation, testing and commissioning of Diesel and PLC controlled Gas Generators. Operation and periodic maintenance of generators.
f). Repair and maintenance work
Able to execute trouble shooting of machinery malfunctions, taking corrective measures to resolve diversified problems and also to execute routine and preventive maintenance work of all process and utility machineries to ensure trouble free and safe operation of the equipments.
Project Management of one of the largest composite textile projects with office buildings and worker residences admeasuring area of 200, 000m2. Planned, designed, proposal collection, evaluation of bids, selection of contractors, Project scheduling, Machinery selection, installation & commissioning and conducted all activities focusing on project goal.
a). Paid visits to Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Greece and India several times for machineries selection, technical & commercial negotiation with the suppliers, pre shipment inspection, dismantling of machines etc.
b). Textile machineries:
Executed installation, commissioning of spinning machineries; weaving machineries; dying and printing, finishing machineries and other machineries with the foreign and local erectors.
c). Electrical Substation:
Selection, installation and commissioning of 11/. 415KV, 1600KVA, 500KVA transformer of Siemens & AEG, Germany; HT switchgear, LT switchgear, PFI plant and electrical distribution and sub distribution panels.
d). Electrical system:
Planning, design and execution of whole power generation & distribution system from central powerhouse, distribution panel and sub distribution panels to different consumer location, industrial lighting, cabling, earthing busbar trunking etc. Complete power + control circuit wiring, trouble shooting, electrical connections of machineries. Able to review and interpret engineering documents, drawings and specifications. Able to review and comments on electrical engineering submittals for shop drawings, material and equipment.
e).Generator (gas + diesel)
Selection, procurement, installation, testing and commissioning of Diesel and PLC controlled Gas Generators. Operation and periodic maintenance of generators also carried out. Detail cost and technical analysis were also carried out for selection and procurement of suitable generators.
f). Boiler:
Selection, installation, commissioning, operation & maintenance of 6000kg/hr. steam boiler, 2.5MKcal capacity Thermo oil boiler
g). Air conditioning & Humidification Plant:
Selection, installation, commissioning, operation & maintenance of water cooled chillers and related air washer plants for textiles and offices.
Erection, commissioning, operation and maintenance of textile machinaries, substation, compressors etc.
