Maintaining responsibility for daily:
- Plant condition monitoring,
- Performance summary preparing and recommending corrective actions to deal with abnormalities and maintenance related issue.
Diagnosing process problems and co-ordinate and follow up with maintenance and other supportive department to resolve the problem.
Coordinating and supervising all process safety related issues
Involving in process HAZOP, HAZAN and TOH ( transient operational hazards) study of the total ethylene plant.
Working with SAP PP, PM, MM modules.
Handling the all online and some turn around projects for the ethylene plant. Mainly project implementation Prestart up requirement (PSSR)
Handling plant SOP modification as well as PFD and P&ID reviewing.
Working as focal point for the corrosion program mainly on CUI ( corrosion Under Insulation) .
Focal point of RCA for Ethylene plant and trained RCA leader.
Working from commissioning phase as a shift in-charge for overall plant condition monitoring and smooth plant running.
Functioning as a manager in all shut down activities, shut down scheduling, coordinating all safety related issues, co-ordination with maintenance and supportive department for the job.
Implementing:
- As member of APC & RTO implementation team.
- APC & RTO for furnace area.
Working in plant expansion project.
Working as area in charge (Heater, compressor and recovery section ) at the time of turn around of plant.
Executing plant SOP modification and reviewing as well as PFD & P & ID reviewing.
Handling all plant activities.
Working with Multi stage Flash Evaporator, Dryer, Heat Exchanger Optimization in plant production, coordination with maintenance for plant maintenance related jobs.
Complete Chemical engineering 4 years full time course from one of reputed engineering college of India.
