Talent Pipelining:
Managed and executed the entire life cycle process of GE’s early career talent leadership programs, Financial Management Program - FMP (36 members), Digital Technology Leadership Program - DTLP (14 members) and Graduate Engineering Training Program - GETP (25 members) from forecasting to recruitment & selection, induction, candidate allocation to tracking assignment quality & placing employees into high impact roles upon completion of the 2years rotational program.
Tripled the finance program size in 2 years with (30+) program employees & Digital to around (10+) employees & Engineering to (25+).
Established a very successful Finance Trainee program to create a talent pipeline (year on year 10 candidates) into Finance across MENAT.
Supported the Talent Acquisition team for career fairs and university relations to hire fresh graduates.
Worked with key stakeholders, Regional Organization & Talent Development Leader and Global CFO with responsibility across MENAT.
Leadership Development:
Provided coaching & guidance to program employees across the MENAT region
Increased motivation and satisfaction through new initiatives (Global CFO & Regional senior leadership exposure, job shadowing across functions, assignment leader engagement, international assignment exposure and retained more than 90% of program members for GE.
Secured desired Finance/Engineering roles (35+) for our early career talent across GE through utilizing my extensive network, coaching techniques and understanding of business needs to place them in high impact roles.
Employee Mobilization:
Initiated & coordinated cross border moves via the Global mobility system with respect to work permits & relocation for employees in coordination with the required suppliers every 6 months during the 2 years on program.
Created detailed reports on employee costs between regions to ensure cost efficient placements while on the rotational program both locally and internationally.
Tracked Global Mobility Employee movements for reporting purposes for all businesses.
Ensured consistency of Global Mobility Employee practices and policies.
Compensation & Benefits:
Led the process with the Regional Compensation and benefits team to set common guidelines and consistency of benefits & salaries across the region for all program members.
Executed the employee Medical handbook for all GCC countries outlining clearly employee benefits and entitlements.
HR Operations:
Managed all operational activities (assessment centers, Po generation, process improvements & policies, job postings).
Assumed full responsibility for supporting and planning of on-boarding (New Hire Assimilation) / exit processes at regional level including addressing employee queries regarding compensation (salary increases) and benefits etc.
Monitored key HR metrics for early career talent for reporting purposes to senior leaders.
Maintained and protected confidential data with utmost scrutiny, judgment, and care & ensured that all employee related issues were properly identified, reported & resolved.
