As part of the Administration Team, to provide Curriculum and Pedagogical Leadership within the school, to plan and collaborate as part of a team to ensure that the curriculum is implemented effectively in the school and that teachers use modern teaching, learning and assessment strategies to optimize student achievement. This includes all facets of the School Improvement Plan and its delivery. Was asked to assist in interviewing and recruitment of Arabic Head of Faculty for ADEC. Assisted in training of new recruits to UAE in 2012.

Responsibilities: Develop a current and comprehensive knowledge of and connection with the educational organizations throughout the Gulf Region and assist in developing partnerships with Canadian K 12, Post-Secondary and Training Education entities. As a representative of the Canadian Trade Commission, I organized meetings, symposiums and programs to facilitate awareness of opportunities to enable strategic partnerships in University programs, Teacher/student recruitment and other educational opportunities.

Highly specialized program in Early Childhood, including full year courses in Administration, EC Art, Music, Drama, PE and Nursing. Was asked to publish a research paper in Developmental Psychology course taken.
