Job-pack preparations including meetings with crews to discuss engineering requirements and job safety condition.
Double check ESP units that have been prepared before departure.
Report Service Quality and HSE Events.
Perform Installation, Run in Hole and Pull Out, Dismantle of Electric Submersible Pump (Regular ESP and Maximus ESP).
Perform splice cable to cable base even on well site, workshop base on ESP Engineering procedure.

•Inspection Salvage Parts and resize parts (Certified)
•Base on Engineering Standard to achieve salvage parts objective, and to avoid failed when perform assembly of unit ESP and or to avoid failed on final test of unit ESP.
•Inspection Parts of dismantle ESP (Certified)
•Base on Engineering Standard to perform Inspection Parts of dismantle ESP and DIFA as well. Collecting all of the data that we have got or finding during Dismantle Process, to back up analyze Regular Dismantle and DIFA reports.
•
•Testing ESP unit such as Pumps, Motors, Protector, Cables and MLE (Certified)
•Base on Engineering Standard to perform testing of ESP unit, to pursue obejective long ESP run life and also to prevent ESP failure during installation or running on the well site.
•Provide QIP (Quality Improvement Project)
•Create improvements to highest manufacturing process, quality process and reduce cost as well.
•Reporting Service Quality and HSE events
•Create reporting Service Quality and HSE events to make a possitve issue and take an action item to follow up the issue, so as to next process could be more better.
Inspection Salvage Parts and resize parts
Testing ESP unit such as Pumps, motors and cables
Duri Steam Flood Area-11 Project (Duri-Riau)
•Construction on site
•Prepare and provide material from warehouse to site
•Construction schedule control, heavy equipment schedule and material schedule
•Daily report and monthly report progress
•Site work supervision
Analysis of the influence of the tar content in the type of updraft gasification by heat the reactor inlet air and variations Equivalent Ration (ER) treatment.
