Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.

End to End Recruitment Functions for RAK and Bahrain Plant as per Manpower plan.
Facilitating in campus recruitment interviews and identification of prospective candidates.

Plan, organize, direct, control or coordinate the personnel, training, or labor relations activities of an organization.
Maintains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.

Supervising activities of Visa processing and arranging for their Visa stamping formalities in compliance UAE Law.

Incharge for Processing all Bahrain visa expats joining Bahrain and for the visitors & vendors.
Handling Operational as well as marketing Executives of the Branch:
Develop, maintain and implement a standardize personnel rules and regulations.
Recruits Operational executives and Marketing executive and Conduct regular Employee satisfaction surveys.
Handle and manage all day to day personnel related activities (Absences, sick-leaves, governmental procedures, etc).
Develop HR Budgets and update consistency in the job Descriptions.
Report employees irregularities and fraud and take corrective action (in coordination with appropriate Dept/external parties).
Relates with Customers to solve their Grievances in order to build the Strong relation with Customers.
Responsible for implementation and execution of management strategies defining policies and procedures to ensure a high class standard.
Handles escalated or complex service issues on referral from subordinate associates or other departments.
Conducts staff meetings and confers with branch personnel to discuss problems or explain procedural changes or practices.
