General Counsel of Aramco Trading Company a global legal organization that operates in five regions focusing on supporting the company’s commodities trading and shipping activities of various refined and petrochemical products
Leading the legal team supporting the crude oil and product sales, trade, retail and related logistics activities;advising on applicable regulations. As logistics are via sea, the practice also includes specialized maritime support.
PRefChem is a Malaysian joint venture between Aramco and PETRONAS owning a refinery and petrochemical plants in the Pengerang Integrated Complex. Experience includes reporting directly to the Company CEO, member of the Company’s Management Team, managing the Company’s Law Department, regulatory compliance and corporate secretariat office.
Managing various projects relating to corporate governance and large transactions. Areas of specialty include technology licensing for refineries and petrochemical facilities. Also, assuming the role of Corporate Secretary and Assistant Secretary of various companies, including a publicly listed company, reporting directly to the President and Board of said companies and in some of these companies providing general counsel for these companies.
Report to General Counsel and Associate General Counsel of Saudi Aramco in their capacity as Corporate Secretary and Assistant Secretary. Manage staff responsible for providing counsel on company governance, preparing board and committee papers, drafting shareholder, board, and committee resolutions, and record management thereof. Also, oversee subsidiary and affiliate corporate secretariat support.
AOC is the European subsidiary of Saudi Aramco headquartered in the Netherlands. Experience includes reporting directly to the Company’s CEO, manage the Company’s law department, and serve as Corporate Secretary to the Company, it’s subsidiaries and European affiliates.
Assumed various roles including: Managing Attorney and Corporate Secretary of Saudi Aramco Enterpreneurship Center, a Saudi venture capital and subsidiary of Saudi Aramco. Technology Licensing Attorney responsible for developing and negotiating acquisition of technology for Saudi Aramco oil and gas projects. Developed various transaction contracts ranging from EPC contracts to joint venture agreements. Provided counsel on various matters involving different governing law, including Saudi Law.

Managing staff to develop and implement SAP solutions in various business lines in Saudi Aramco, including managing the implementation of a pharmacy solution at the Company’s hospital and a recruiting system in the Company’s Human Resources Department.
