-Cost analysis reports.
-Market study report.
-Cluster Purchasing: within the group and KSA sister Hotels.
-Crisis situation Handling.
-Implementing the procedure and policies and corporate contracts.
-Implementation of HACCP to ALL F&B suppliers. (Hassle Analysis and Critical Care Procedure)
-Staff development & Training, hiring new staff when required.
-Vacation Plan for purchasing department.

Pre-opening team

Handle all the purchases and the contract "import or local" for all the company project in Makkah.
