• Assisted in developing products centred around a holistic approach to
health and wellbeing in the workplace. Specifically, identifying which line
of products can tackle workplace issues (such as burnout, depression,

• Accessed previously developed training programs to collate the points of
training programs that were effective and improved the direction of the
ineffective aspects.

Research included specialty training for each type of employment:

staff.
Business Development:
• Main purpose of the contract was to find the gaps that were causing high
turnover, negative climate, reluctance to work, toxic work culture, and
whether the leaders were equipped or qualified to be in that position.
• Using HBR and SHRM previous research on the topics, interviewed a
sample group from each employee type to gather qualitative data that
would aid in planning and execution of the work culture which will
directly have a trickle effect on employee engagement, employee loyalty,
transparency at all hierarchal levels of the organization, and professional
patriotism.
• The goal of the training, locating areas to improve, and presenting the data
was to give the board the option to either apply and adapt, or move onto
quantitative research to support the initial hypothesis: leadership training
(adjust leadership styles and running a job analysis to know whether the
roles and responsibilities are met in that role) would be the key to solving
a toxic work environment and culture, high turnover, and employees to
become active committed members of the organization.
