• Routinely conducts mechanical inspections on tools and parts
• Assessed to perform on hand mechanical assembly to all pumps of 400 and 538 series
• Assessed to test Pumps and Motors, analyze if they are functioning within the specified ranges and modify non-conforming equipment
• Review procedures for assembly, disassembly, and test verification accuracy
• Ability to read and interpret maintenance documents and equipment’s drawings

• Coordinating communication between the sales engineers, customers and factories for the complete order cycle and associated information systems from receipt of order to delivery
• Order processing from order receipt to delivery for machines and spare parts (Parts Update, Purchase Orders, Sales Orders, and Good Receipt)
• Entering sales order in Scala and release PO’s to factories
• Recommending optimal transportation modes, routing, equipment, or frequency from factory to customers and distributers as per order
• Implementing specific customer order requirements for customized production and transportation of special orders
• Resolving problems concerning transportation, customer clearance, imports or exports, and related distributor logistics issues

• Following up with the planning engineer and project manager on different projects
• Planning and scheduling projects’ timelines on MS Project
• Planning and allocating resources to different projects on Excel and MS Project
