Finance Analyst and Systems Accountant
Responsible for daily overall cash flow reporting, bank reconciliation and forecasting
Assisted with consolidation of management accounts, financial statements and budgets
Oversaw and inputted into the preparation of the monthly payroll
Processed journals through Navision (ERP), assigning to various projects as appropriate
Supported the finance team as necessary with processing, control and reporting
Coordinated work between finance, purchasing and technical department
Lead and Executed the Navision ERP system implementation for the Dubai office
Sole supporter/only point of contact to the end users with any query on the ERP system
Liaison between Harris Pye and Navision support partners, including corrections/updates to the features or functionality
• Focusing on the Educational and Hospitality sectors for new business development
• Assisting the Quality control department during the auditing of the firm
• Identified and researched key in details of top executives is various verticals in the business industry in the gulf countries
• Processed the confirmations of the magazines to be distributed
