• Software Development: Managed the entire Software development lifecycle including design, development, unit testing, troubleshooting of various applications. Development of adhoc reports based on business requests using SQL scripts.

Recommend suitable architectural and design changes to be implemented as permanent solutions for recurring production issues.

• Release management: Perform change release management for application related patches, bug fixes and other changes requested by business clients.
• Team Management: Manage and co-ordinate within and between team members for analysis of issues spanning across multiple applications to arrive at RCA and bug fixes.
• Other duties included: Consistently provide application and system monitoring and support for several business departments. Provide necessary details and co-ordinate with vendor for application related issues and bugs resolution. Create Knowledgebase Documents/SOPs related to applications being handled. Execute Disaster recovery steps for all applications being supported whenever required
