Detailed Responsibilities:
• Software Development: Managed the entire Software development lifecycle including design, development, unit testing, troubleshooting of various applications. Development of adhoc reports based on business requests using SQL scripts.

• Analysis/Requirement Gathering/Troubleshooting: Experience working on and supporting Trade Finance and Wealth Management/Investment banking applications such as Eximbills Enterprise System, TIBCO Staffware process flow management/BPM, EDOC for Credit Management and Advent for Wealth management. Understand user issues, perform investigation, analysis and troubleshooting of application for incident and issue resolution.
Recommend suitable architectural and design changes to be implemented as permanent solutions for recurring production issues.

• Software Testing: Perform code review and perform testing review for new changes being promoted to production.

• Release management: Perform change release management for application related patches, bug fixes and other changes requested by business clients.

• Team Management: Manage and co-ordinate within and between team members for analysis of issues spanning across multiple applications to arrive at RCA and bug fixes.

• Other duties included: Consistently provide application and system monitoring and support for several business departments. Provide necessary details and co-ordinate with vendor for application related issues and bugs resolution. Create Knowledgebase Documents/SOPs related to applications being handled. Execute Disaster recovery steps for all applications being supported whenever required

Responsibilities:
• Worked on development and maintenance of Interactive Voice Response (IVR) based systems capable interacting through speech command recognition.
• Development of Voice User Interaction (VUI) documents for IVR systems.
• Responsible for development of Windows applications capable of monitoring, configuring and providing inputs for in-house developed dialer applications.
• Responsible for unit, functional, performance and load testing of applications.
• Worked on performing tuning exercises for voice applications for increase the user acceptance of IVR systems.
• Developing Web Reports using Crystal reports for clients to help in monitoring of the IVR system performances.

Job Responsibilities included:
• Co-ordinating between the bank’s technical team and business users prior to and after the launch of the bank.
 Responsible for assisting the assigned project manager with the execution of one or more simultaneous projects
 Lead Project Teams and facilitate the communication and interaction amongst the functional representatives as delegated by the assigned project manager.
