Talent Acquisition
•Recruitment & Selection of white collar personnel on Pan India basis comprising of 5 Manufacturing facilities and 28 Branch offices based on HR planning /management approval.
•Recruitment of Blue collared personnel and deployment through reputed Service providers.
•Devise compensation and benefits plan for new recruits on Direct rolls/Outsourced and Contract rolls.
•Conduct Campus programmes on PAN India basis to recruit GET/DET’s and Blue collared.
•Devise on boarding programmes for all staff /Contract Labour /NEEM trainees.
•Timely issuance of offer of appointment and document the employee life cycle from Induction to Separation.
Talent Management
•Formulation of HR policy / Annual HR Budget and implementation of the same.
•Ensuring compliance management of contract labour and regular employees as per QMS.
•Ensuring the statutory compliance of manufacturing facilities and various offices with regard to factory laws and shops and establishment laws on EHS standards.
•Timely Preparation and payment of Salaries and wages for permanent and contract staff.
•Conduct performance management at regular Intervals, propose and document the pay hike
•Interact with Global HR team to deliver HR MIS on regular basis
•Monitor the skill level of blue collared personnel at regular intervals.
•Develope succession plan to create future second line leaders.
•Devise Rewards and recognition programme to motivate, reward and retain employees
•Devise programmes on Employee engagement.
•Instrumental in facilitating employee involvement by promoting suggestion schemes, publishing in house magazines
•Analyse the attrition and devise plans accordingly.
•Conduct Exit Interviews and provide feedback to the management
•General administration including management of canteen /Transport /Health insurance/ PA Coverage/ employee uniforms /Organising sports events / CSR /HK/ Security/ Medical camps
Employee Relations
•Represent the company on legal issues and coordinate to arrive at an amicable solution.
•Employee grievance redressal through the Cross Functional committees.
•Handled the individual and collective disputes and signed 18(1) and 12(3) settlements.
•Conducted domestic enquiries and handled various grievance issues concerning employees.
•Maintain Healthy relationship with Trade union and signed 12(3) wage settlements.
TRAINING
•Engaged fresh GET/ DET through the Apprentice Training Scheme
•Underwent Train the Trainer Module and trained the employees to “ Serve the Customer”
•Devise training calendar and evolved programmes on Safety, health and Environment
