Procurement needs and provide recommendations on purchasing processes for their consideration

• Administering the procurement process that results in the acquisition of a variety of commodities
and services to fulfill the requirements of other departments

• Typically developing and managing organizational budgets to reach stated goals, increase profit and maximize resources.

• Doing budget analysis for finding out whether procurement of materials for each project falls within the budget.

• Informing management and taking necessary actions regarding the state of procurement
• Preparing reports and arranging monthly meetings with management.
• Ensure clients’ needs are met in a timely and cost effective manner
• Communicate ideas for improving company processes with a positive and constructive attitude, and for developing this attitude in others
