Procurement needs and provide recommendations on purchasing processes for their consideration
• Administering the procurement process that results in the acquisition of a variety of commodities
and services to fulfill the requirements of other departments
• Typically developing and managing organizational budgets to reach stated goals, increase profit and maximize resources.
• Doing budget analysis for finding out whether procurement of materials for each project falls within the budget.
• Informing management and taking necessary actions regarding the state of procurement
• Preparing reports and arranging monthly meetings with management.
• Ensure clients’ needs are met in a timely and cost effective manner
• Communicate ideas for improving company processes with a positive and constructive attitude, and for developing this attitude in others

• Overall co-ordination of the Cold room Refrigeration Project (Project Value QR 45 million).
• Responsible for project planning
• Preparation of project schedule
• Ordering the necessary equipment in coordination with the concerned departments.
• Preparation of cost estimation sheets, MIS Project reports.
• Preparation of extra claim, Monthly Invoicing, reconciliation of materials, Claim for compensation towards escalation of labour & material, claim towards extended stay, identification of extra work for the project.
• Preparation of daily report & monthly report
• Analyzing the work flow and finding the cause for delay
• Preparing presentation for weekly, monthly meetings
