Execute the functional strategy in line with the departmental strategy to ensure the achievement of departmental objectives in due course, cost, and quality.
•Assist in the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and operational standards for the function in line with the departmental policies and procedures.
•Develop a cost-effective recruitment plan based on the approved manpower plan.
