ROLE - Sr. Associate Lead Business Partner Human Resource - Payroll & Compensation & Benefits (July 2013 - present)
HR Tool:- SAP Success Factor, Menaitech HR Application;Infosys ERP application for every HR functions
Responsibilities:-
• Responsible for the compensation and benefits function for the entity
• Ensure HR service delivery effectiveness
• Payroll management for the entity
• Successfully lead integration of existing payroll to a new payroll application(twice)
• Budget provision for payroll, yearly medical insurance and other employee monetary benefits.
• Leave & Attendance, Absence Management
• Annual increment and annual incentive/bonus process for the centre
• Organize the yearly Performance appraisals along with the line managers, ensuring to have a transparent rating with a mutual agreement between the Manager and employee
• Point of contact for HR auditing by external consultants.
• Recruitment & onboard staff as per the operational requirements
• Formulate and update local HR process and policies in line with UAE labor law and group policies.
• Liaise with Tecom for employee needs as renewal of visa/ contracts etc
• yearly renewal of employees health insurance.
• Analyze & organize training programs (internal/external)
• Global Mobility of resources travelling on assignments
Achievements
• Project Management :- Successfully integrated a new UAE local based application for payroll and absence management over a short span of 02 months including obtaining quotes, finalise vendor, approvals, integration, transmission of existing data to new system, smooth roll-out with 99% accuracy
• HRM Success Factor :- Invlovement and UAT towards deployment of HRM Success factor for other employee record administration
• Respect Budget :- Ensure a fair distribution of increments or incentives/promotions for all employees within the limits.
• Insurance Renewals :- Regardless of high claim volumes, successful negotiations with vendors lead to have a good insurance scheme for all employees with maximum benefits with minimal cost to company.
• Pay Structure Review :- Successfully implemented a new pay structure for SAP technical profile without impacting the company pay grades
• Understanding on Company Acquisition : - A good understanding on the acquisitions, a capability to know what are the do’s and don’ts involved in the process.
