• Head - Sales & Business Development of the Aftersales business across UAE. Responsible for the Companies Overall Volume growth & Profitability of the Business.
• Continuous Interaction with Principles on targets, growth of Key Products, New Product development and Introductions of Accessories and merchandise across UAE.
• Responsible for planning, expansion of existing facilities, identifying new facilities, budgeting and monitoring of Sales plan for the business. Product Pricing based on competition information, Promotion activities of identified Key Products and contracts.
• Continuous interaction with Service Department to improve Market Share of Toyota Genuine Parts and Introduce New Products in the retail business, across the Country.
• Responsible for the business development of dealer channel, POS to increase customer foot falls into the business.
• Responsible for the Sales & Marketing of JCB Genuine Parts through its Dealer Network, with a dedicated focus on Improving Sales of Attachments.
• Responsible for planning, budgeting and monitoring of sales plan for the business. Product pricing and promotion activities of Identified Key Products.
• Continuous Interaction with M/s Toyota Motor Corporation, Japan on Targets, Growth of Key Products & New Product Introductions.
• Leading the process of identifying and developing business opportunities and markets as well as expanding the dealer network. Enhancing overall qualitative standards & Improving the overall Market Share of “Toyota Genuine Parts”.
• Responsible for planning, budgeting and monitoring of Sales plan for the business. Product Pricing and Promotion activities of identified Key Products.
• Inventory Management at Branch Locations - Setting SOP’s and carrying out Kaizen Activities. Appointed as a Certified “TSM Evaluator” by Toyota, Japan.
• Continuous interaction with Service Department to improve Market Share of Toyota Genuine Parts and Introduce New Products to end customer, across the Country.
• Responsible for Identifying and Expansion of existing Sales Infrastructure, Warehouse Planning & Expansion. Logistics & System Administration / Up gradation.
• As SBU Head, was Responsible for the Overall Business & Profitability of the Parts Business.
• Responsible for building a sales organization. Customer focused business with the clear intention of the company assuming market leadership.
• Developed the human assets necessary to build the business within the function and provided leadership to the sales organization.
• With the take over of M/s Eicher Tractors, had the opportunity in Synergizing the Two Businesses and deriving the best practice(s)/selling across the two Organizations.
• Provided a long term perspective to the sales operations strategies to improve customer service and provided an unmatched brand image translating to business development and market share.
• Enhanced Brand Image, Laid the foundation in the Replacement Market and introduced New products to fill up the product gaps like Lubricants.
• Was Involved in Continuous interaction with Customers, Vendors & R&D to evolve a strategy in introducing value engineered product in alternate brand to Compete with existing Vendor brands in the market and Non-Genuine.
