Underwriting experience in Reverse Mortgage loans(HECM) in U.S Mortgage.
•Review of reverse mortgage loan applications for final loan approval.
•Review of myriad sources of data including bank statements, data from credit reporting agencies, utility assessments, tax assessments, preliminary report and property appraisals and requisition of additional documentation to meet the additional conditions.
•Credit Risk Analysis: This broadly includes determination of the amount of debt the borrower needs to pay off each month, (debts from other sources such as student loans and revolving debts (credit cards) are also taken into the consideration, determination of the borrower’s monthly income.
•Evaluation of the borrower’s credit, collateral value and risk involving the loan. Catch items that raise red flags and raise conditions to mitigate the risks.
•Follow prescribed guidelines, receive and review loan applications and associated documentation to insure thoroughness and accuracy.
•Interact with Quality Control, Compliance, and Funding for problem resolution, risk evaluation and compliance concerns, as needed.
•Validates data entry of integrity of documents submitted versus data entry in Sunsoft System.
•Provides timely response for loan decisions and conditions submissions.

Final year project –“Dual Engine Locking System using GSM Technology”. Undergone 6 weeks training at Tevatron Technologies during July- Aug’ 13. There I successfully learned VHDL under the supervision of Mr. Shekhar and made a software for working of vending machines. Undergone 6 weeks Summer Training at TCIL (Telecommunications Consultants India Limited), New Delhi during June-July’12. There I learned about GSM (Global System For Mobile) Services under supervision of Group General Manager, Mr. Rattan Singh. Undergone 6 weeks Certification Course in “Embedded Systems & Robotics Level ll (Interfacing of Microcontrollers)” from Appin Technology Lab. There I successfully made a working model- A Gesture controlled Robot. Attended a workshop on “Design of Microstrip Antenna and Recent Advancement in MIC” organized by Department of ECE, Sharda University. Has Undergone a project on “7 Segment Display with Switch Interfacing” under the guidance of Mr.C Mohan, Sr. Professor, ECE Dept. Working Model of “full wave rectifier” at Sharda University. Undergone 6 weeks training in Prasar Bharti/Doordarshan in TV broadcasting. Detailed study about PCR(Production Control Room) and Earth Station.
