Key Result Areas:-
-Guiding, monitoring and controlling the accounting activities of the different centers in UAE & other ME partner locations.
-Suggesting and initiating cost saving and revenue improvement measures
-Responsible for ensuring quality information, trend analysis, and projections are available for decision making
-MIS for the region to portray the monthly profitability, variance analysis vis- a-vis budgets; review of books/ MIS on a monthly basis and ensuring due accounting control.

-Ensures professional development of colleagues and team members; recognizes training needs and provides for necessary trainings to individuals.
-Coordinating and negotiating with the partners for other ME locations as and when required.
-Responsible for Consolidation of Accounts & Quarterly Audit for the for BLS International UAE.
-Assisting Business Development team in performance of SWOT analysis during bid evaluation process. Exploring the results of similar nature project to compare with the bid Scope of Work and then make adjustment due to recent modernization in laws & regulations, inflation, currency exchange rate etc. to future Organization’s profitability
